Ricoh Townsend

Ricoh Townsend's journey is one of resilience and dedication to recovery and peer support. After seeking help at Fairland in February 2016, he found solace and purpose in assisting others, transitioning to staff there just three months later. His passion for aiding adolescents led him to Sunflower Landing Adolescent Treatment until October 2019, where he undoubtedly left a lasting impact. Returning to Fairland Treatment Center, Ricoh now serves as a beacon of hope for those on the path to recovery. 

Beyond his professional roles, Ricoh's commitment to supporting others extends to his advocacy work. As a board member for Region Six, he champions peer support and LGBTQIA+ rights, ensuring inclusivity and understanding within the community. Additionally, his involvement with AMPSS showcases his dedication to advancing mental health initiatives on a broader scale. Ricoh's story exemplifies the transformative power of recovery and the unwavering spirit of those committed to helping others find their way.
